HKT Graduate Development Programme – Solutions Consulting aims to equip participants with the relevant skills and professional certifications through all-round exposure to smart city and mega projects utilising new technologies. It is a 18-month intensive structured programme with 3-4 job rotations to accelerate participants’ career development to become a technology solution consulting expert of tomorrow

  • What will you do?

    You will have ample of opportunities to gain a broad understanding of and extensive experience in commercial business operations through practical work attachments, pre-sales processes, customer engagements, and active participation in business projects.

  • To succeed in this role

    • Degree holder in Computer Science / Computer Engineering/ IT or related discipline 
    • Qualification of CCNA / ELK / Splunk / MCITP / AWS / Azure will be an advantage  
    • Self-motivation, agile mindset, curiosity and passion for new technologies  
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Career Progression

    • Upon completion of the programme, Technical Associates will take up exciting roles which are equivalent to Senior Solutions Executive or Professional Band.
