Who is the programme open to?
- Degree holder in business administration, marketing, social science or related disciplines, who is:
- Highly committed to work with the adaptability to embrace multi-cultural work environment
- Self-starter and good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
- With a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Graduates from Hong Kong and mainland China are both welcome

Career Progression
- Upon completion of the programme, China Associates will take up exciting roles which are equivalent to Senior Solutions Executive or Professional Band.
