Product Marketing Executive

Your new role 

• Enhancing the SkyEx database and AI applications.
• Automating responses to WS customer email inquiries on flexible bandwidth services (FBS).
• Participating in SkyExchange DataCenter and AIDC projects.
• Supporting WS special projects and data center solutions to boost revenue.
• Assisting central Commercial Group AI projects to foster learning and career growth.
• Providing operational support such as maintenance notifications, power report distribution, and cross-connect inventory management, ensuring efficient operations for both business units.

To succeed in this role 

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
• Good knowledge of IT/ Telecommunications products and services will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Strong problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset.
• Strong in both spoken and written English and Chinese  
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Product Marketing Assistant
