Assistant Engineer, Broadband and Data Network Operation Center

Your Role

• Assist supervisor to support the Broadband, Data and Cloud Platforms.
• Carry out network configuration and technical support duties.
• Carry out immediate diagnosis and restoration actions to resume service from equipment failure and to minimize the service impact to Customers.
• Technical Support on network equipment (e.g. Cisco / Juniper/ Huawei / Fortinet) 

To Succeed in the Role 

• Degree holder in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related disciplines with at least 4 years’ working experience.
• Basic knowledge in IP Networking.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently.
• Need to work out-of-office hours and may carry out call-out duty.
• Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer.

Referral Bonus Payment

• The Referral Bonus will be paid to the referrer through payroll in the following month after the referee has satisfactory fulfilled the requirements as stipulated in the Global Staff Referral Program - Scheme Paper
• The referral bonus payment will be issued in 2 phases

- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company’s service for 3 months

- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company’s service for 6 months
