Senior Quality Assurance Officer

Your Role:

  • Monitor customer contacts including phone calls to ensure the agreed quality standard 
  • Identify common issues and make recommendations to management for continuous improvement of our customer service 
  • Prepare analytical reports for management review
  • Recommend QA guidelines for continuous projects and services 
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required 

Work Hours & Location:

  • Monday to Friday (09:00am – 06:00pm)
  • Mei Foo (near MTR station)

Requirements:  

  • Form 5 / DSE Graduate or above with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance 
  • Passed IIQE Paper I, II, III will be an advantage 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications 
  • Good command in spoken Chinese and basic written English
  • Independent and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service mindset, assertive and result-oriented
