Senior Quality Assurance Officer
Your Role:
- Monitor customer contacts including phone calls to ensure the agreed quality standard
- Identify common issues and make recommendations to management for continuous improvement of our customer service
- Prepare analytical reports for management review
- Recommend QA guidelines for continuous projects and services
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Work Hours & Location:
- Monday to Friday (09:00am – 06:00pm)
- Mei Foo (near MTR station)
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE Graduate or above with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance
- Passed IIQE Paper I, II, III will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command in spoken Chinese and basic written English
- Independent and Interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset, assertive and result-oriented
