The Job

• Responsible for order issuance into computer systems 
• Verify order documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with internal departments and teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Resolve order-related issues or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist superiors in ad hoc operation tasks

The Person

• Good command of spoken Cantonese and English reading
• Good computer skills with elementary proficient in MS Excel
• High School or Diploma in related disciplines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
