Executive - Marketing Data Analytics
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
- Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to analyze user behavior and content consumption patterns.
- Leverage expertise in Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms to track website and app performance, user engagement, and digital marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives.
- Create comprehensive reports, including monthly/weekly reports on content performance, campaign effectiveness, and key business metrics.
- Conduct secondary research to gather market insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Apply data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent to create visually compelling dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Support customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and machine learning initiatives to enhance user targeting and personalization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and digital marketing.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in the entertainment, media, or streaming industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms to analyze user behavior, website performance metrics, and optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- A good understanding of the content landscape in the entertainment industry, with a focus on streaming platforms and user preferences.
- Strong skills in secondary research methodologies to gather market insights, competitor industry trends.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams. Fluent in Bahasa and English, both written and verbal.
- Passion for K-dramas and familiarity with Asian entertainment content is a plus.
